EXDENSUR Copay Program
The EXDENSUR Copay Program can help eligible commercially insured patients with their out-of-pocket costs for EXDENSUR.
Your patient is eligible for this program if:
- They have a commercial medical or prescription insurance plan
- They are a resident of the US (including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands)
- They are not eligible for, or enrolled in, a government-funded program

The EXDENSUR Patient Assistance Program
The GSK Patient Assistance Program for EXDENSUR, managed by the GSK Patient Access Programs Foundation, is an independent, 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, non-commercial entity, separate from GSK.
The program does not constitute health insurance. Eligibility for the GSK Patient Assistance Program for EXDENSUR can be found by visiting GSK Patient Assistance for Prescription Medicine | GSKPAF.

Independent Foundations offer various types of assistance such as help paying for:
- medications
- fees related to coverage
- other medical or travel expenses

If you have any questions about the type of financial assistance available, please be sure to check directly with the independent Foundations. Eligibility criteria is determined by each independent foundation. Together with EXDENSUR does not determine eligibility and does not guarantee foundations will offer assistance.
