EXDENSUR Copay Program

The EXDENSUR Copay Program can help eligible commercially insured patients with their out-of-pocket costs for EXDENSUR.

 

Your patient is eligible for this program if:

  • They have a commercial medical or prescription insurance plan
  • They are a resident of the US (including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands)
  • They are not eligible for, or enrolled in, a government-funded program

    EXDENSUR Bridge Program

    How it works

    The EXDENSUR Bridge Program provides eligible commercially insured patients with an insurance coverage delay of at least 10 calendar days with one (1) dose of EXDENSUR.

      Denied Coverage Program

      How it works

      The Denied Coverage Program can provide EXDENSUR at no cost to eligible commercially insured patients for up to two years while initial payer coverage is denied or not available.

        The EXDENSUR Patient Assistance Program

        The GSK Patient Assistance Program for EXDENSUR, managed by the GSK Patient Access Programs Foundation, is an independent, 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, non-commercial entity, separate from GSK.

         

        The program does not constitute health insurance. Eligibility for the GSK Patient Assistance Program for EXDENSUR can be found by visiting GSK Patient Assistance for Prescription Medicine | GSKPAF.

         

        To see if they qualify for EXDENSUR PAP, they have to enroll. They have two options for enrollment:
