- You have a commercial medical or prescription insurance plan
- You are a resident of the US (including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands)
- You’re not eligible for, or enrolled in, a government-funded program

The GSK Patient Assistance Program for JEMPERLI, managed by the GSK Patient Access Programs Foundation, is an independent, 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, non-commercial entity, separate from GSK.
