Your patient could get ZEJULA (niraparib) for as little as zero dollars per dose. Subject to program maximums. See program terms and conditions below.

ZEJULA Copay Program

The ZEJULA Copay Program can help eligible commercially insured patients with their out-of-pocket costs for ZEJULA.

 

Your patient is eligible for this program if:

  • They have a commercial medical or prescription insurance plan
  • They are a resident of the US (including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands)
  • They are not eligible for, or enrolled in, a government-funded program

Remind your patients they can keep track of their copay information on their smartphone. With a mobile wallet, like Apple Pay or Google Wallet, they can:

 

  • Keep their digital copay card safe and accessible on their smartphone
  • Stay updated with notifications about their balance and expiration dates
  • Receive reminders to use their card or refill their prescription

    The GSK Patient Assistance Program for ZEJULA

    The GSK Patient Assistance Program for ZEJULA, managed by the GSK Patient Access Programs Foundation, is an independent, 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, non-commercial entity, separate from GSK.

     

    The program does not constitute health insurance. Eligibility for the GSK Patient Assistance Program for ZEJULA can be found by visiting GSK Patient Assistance for Prescription Medicine | GSKPAF.

     

    To see if they qualify for ZEJULA PAP, they have to enroll. They have two options for enrollment:

      Independent Foundations offer various types of assistance such as help paying for:

       

      • Medications
      • Fees related to coverage
      • Other medical or travel expenses

      If you have any questions about the type of financial assistance available, please be sure to check directly with the independent Foundations. Eligibility criteria is determined by each independent foundation. Together with ZEJULA does not determine eligibility and does not guarantee foundations will offer assistance.

      Programs to support patients during coverage delays

      Quick Start Program

      If your patient is about to start treatment with ZEJULA, we can provide a 30-day supply to get them going as they work through their coverage and cost-support options.

       

      To be eligible for the Quick Start program, the patient must:

       

      • Be prescribed ZEJULA for the first time and
      • Be prescribed ZEJULA for an FDA-approved indication, which can be either a primary or secondary diagnosis, as long as it is for an on-label use, and
      • Have experienced a reimbursement- or insurance-related delay of five (5) business days after a prior authorization or appeal has been submitted
      Bridge Program

      If you recently prescribed a mid-cycle dose reduction of ZEJULA for your patient, we can provide a 30-day supply of the new dose at no charge while the new prescription is sent to the pharmacy.

       

      To be eligible for the Bridge program, the patient must:

       

      • Have a current prescription for ZEJULA for an FDA-approved indication, which can be either a primary or secondary diagnosis, as long as it is for an on-label use, and
      • Be commercially insured and
      • Have experienced a reimbursement- or insurance-related delay of five (5) business days after a prior authorization or appeal has been submitted
