Patient journey support
The patient journey can be complex, and we are committed to helping your patient connect the dots.
*The information provided by Together with BLENREP is not a guarantee of coverage or payment.
Our Patient Experience Center will work together with you to help you and your patients access BLENREP by connecting you and your staff to a Nurse Navigator† and Access Reimbursement Manager (ARM). Together, we help support your patients' BLENREP journeys.
We can assist with benefits verification, information regarding prior authorization process and appeals, determining affordability options, billing and coding details, working with your patient's chosen eye care professional, to provide necessary information regarding BLENREP and more.
†The Nurse Navigator does not provide medical advice and is not part of the patient’s care team. Patients should be directed to their treating healthcare provider for questions about their disease or BLENREP treatment.

Your patient could get eye drops at no cost
Patients who are prescribed BLENREP are eligible to receive preservative-free eye drops through the BLENREP Eye Drop Program at no cost. The eye drops will be shipped directly to their home every 60 days for as long as they are on treatment. Your patient can enroll in the Eye Drop Program and receive their eye drops by following these steps:
Connect with your Nurse Navigator
They can help answer questions about the support services offered by Together with BLENREP, answer questions about access to BLENREP, and provide you with BLENREP resources.
Work with your Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM)
Connect with an Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to provide information about payor processes and coverage issues to support timely patient access to their prescribed medication. From explaining benefits investigation and cost support options to resolving billing and coding inquires, your ARM can help.
