Steps to get started with taking HIBSAGO

Once you and your doctor decide HIBSAGO is right for you, here is what you can expect.

1. Your doctor submits your prescription

Once prescribed, your doctor sends your prescription directly to a specialty pharmacy.

2. Explore cost and coverage options

You will receive a call to verify your insurance plan. During this call, cost support for eligible patients will also be discussed. Please answer the phone.

3. Discuss shipping details

You will receive another call to gather information on where to send HIBSAGO, whether at home or at your doctor’s office. You will also have the chance to speak to a pharmacist who can answer medication-related questions.

4. HIBSAGO is delivered to your home or doctor’s office

If HIBSAGO is shipped to your home, you’ll need to store it properly. Please follow the storage instructions provided by the pharmacist.
