Starting a new treatment may feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. At the heart of Together with ZEJULA is your dedicated Patient Navigator, your personal point of contact.

 

Whenever you have a question or concern, your Patient Navigator is only a phone call or message away.

The GSK Patient Assistance Program for ZEJULA is operated by the GSK Patient Access Programs Foundation, an independent non-profit organization separate from GSK.

The Patient Navigator does not provide medical advice and is not a part of your doctor’s care team. Please ask your doctor any questions that you might have about your disease and treatment with ZEJULA.

Support starts after you enroll

After you (or a caregiver) finish enrolling in Together with ZEJULA, your Patient Navigator will contact you with:

 

  • Answers to any questions you have about the program
  • Assistance at every step of the treatment journey
  • Information about any healthcare monitoring that may be needed as you continue on ZEJULA

    Recognizing the role of caregivers

    We recognize caregivers as a vital part of a patient’s healthcare team, along with the doctor and medical staff. If you have a caregiver:

     

    • You can include your caregiver on the Together with ZEJULA enrollment form.
    • With your permission, your caregiver can take part in conversations with the Patient Navigator, help you with forms, and receive the same information from us that you do.
